THE CROUS

Visale Device (ex-Key – CROUS) The Key Crous becomes the device Visale action housing. This change does not change the help itself, only the way to apply is different. The process is dematerialized to speed up the processing time of the file (2 working days). Visale is a rental guarantee support for tenants who have no potential guarantor in their area. Indeed, in most rental cases for young people under 30, students or young workers, it is necessary to have a guarantor; Visale support takes this charge free of charge to ensure unpaid rents to the owner. Once your file is accepted, Visale will send you a housing action visa justifying a guarantee valid for a period of 3 years.
Student Residence « La Croix Petit Verte »
The schools of the IPSL « Institut Polytechnique Saint-Louis » have the residence « La Croix Petit Verte » composed of 74 apartments type F1, F4 or F6 that can accommodate nearly 250 students. The rental is for a minimum of 9 months and a maximum of 10 months for one academic year (from September 1 to June 30).
